Imaging Concepts LLC has an immediate opening for a Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ proven success in the office equipment industry with experience in personal sales, sales management, and managing multiple branch sales locations. Intricate knowledge in working with an executive team (service, administration, human resources, and finance) is a plus. The successful candidate will be creative, well organized, a great communicator, and works well under the day-to-day pressures of growing an already successful company.

Imaging Concepts is the fastest growing office products and document solutions dealer in the State of Utah. We are factory authorized and proudly represent Xerox, Canon, and Riso products and solutions with branch locations in Cedar City, American Fork, Salt Lake City, and Brigham City, Utah. We service businesses throughout the state of Utah and into parts of Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona. We are looking for a Director of Sales who will work out of our Salt Lake City location and oversee the day-to-day sales for the entire company. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of the Company.

This letter is to inform our customers about an ongoing scam regarding toner for copiers and printers. Recently a few of our customers have reported calls from the “Distribution Center” or from the “company that handles your supplies.” These callers have been offering discounted toner or a warning of a price increase as an incentive to buy toner. If you have a service contract with Imaging Concepts, that contract will normally include supplies as well.

If you are called by someone, and their authenticity seems suspicious, please ask for their contact information and tell them you will give them a call back. After you have hung up, call the phone number found on your copier or printer to verify that the person is with Imaging Concepts. Any Imaging Concepts employee will identify as such, and we are happy to have you call back to confirm our identity.

New Supply Coordinator

Imaging Concepts is proud to announce the creation of a new position and a new employee. We have hired Mike Brutinel as the Supply Coordinator. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for taking all supply orders as well as maintaining a toner monitoring system. Technology has advanced to the point that, in most cases, your machines can communicate to our office when your toner is low. Using this advancement, we have developed a system to monitor this information and automatically send out toner. We are very excited to utilize this information to benefit our customers. As part of this process, Mike will be calling to help set up our customers on this new program. Below you will find the contact information for Mike.
