Imaging Concepts realizes that our success depends on our customers. Our commitment to provide outstanding service to each is our goal. We are therefore confident in our ability as a team to provide your company with premium, unsurpassed service, customized solutions, and the latest innovative technology to increase workflow increasing while decreasing costs.
On every business agreement between Imaging Concepts and our customer we clearly state the following performance guarantees:

I. Lifetime Performance Guarantee
Under our maintenance programs, your equipment is guaranteed to perform to manufacturer's specifications for as long as you have it. That's right -- for as long as you have it. Our confidence in product performance is so high that we can make this commitment without reservation. Moreover if your equipment should require shop service, we will provide you with an immediate replacement free of charge until your equipment has been returned. In those rare cases when the product can not be brought up to factory standards, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no charge.

II. Service Response Guarantee
We will respond with technical service support within 30 minutes on all service calls placed. Through our Call Avoidance Program, a factory-certified technician will evaluate the call for the field technician and eliminate unnecessary down time. We also guarantee under 4 hour field service for emergency service calls within the metropolitan service area during regular business hours. If the elapsed time from when your service call was placed exceeds 4 hours, we will "put our money where our mouth is" and provide you with a 5% credit voucher on your next purchase or monthly maintenance payment. Special provisions can be made for after hours and weekend service.

III. Expert Guarantee
We dispatch only certified technicians to diagnose the symptoms and correct the problem the first time. Our proactive service philosophy includes all factory modifications and updates at no additional charge to our customers.

IV. Customer Care Guarantee
We have complete customer care aftermarket support to ensure peak product performance and utilization of equipment. Our customer care representatives specialize in:
  • Equipment programming and ongoing training
  • Personalized monitoring of maintenance agreements
  • Supply stocking and emergency deliveries
  • Performance accountability via computerized tracking
  • Customized reporting upon request
V. Upgrade Guarantee
We recognize that your needs may change through growth and consolidation, therefore Imaging Concepts provides upgrade solutions based on the equity in your current system whether it's under lease or a total solution program. In addition, we extend the equity protection for those who purchase product or service outright.
