Positions Offered at Imaging Concepts Include:
Sales
This is a full-time position that will entail managing a geographic territory of prospects and current customers. This candidate will be required to cold call new prospects, review each account’s needs, and propose and manage designated imaging solutions.
Field Service Technician
This full-time position will be responsible for visiting customer sites to provide maintenance and repair services for the products we sell. The ideal candidate will be a certified technician in various programs and have exceptional knowledge of general office equipment, peripheral devices, computers, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Additional training will be provided.
Supply Sales
This full-time position entails receiving incoming calls and making outgoing supply calls to current and prospective customers using our established database. We look for an individual with excellent telephone and written communication skills, capable of accurately satisfying customer needs as well as generating supply orders and hardware sales leads. To excel in this position, candidates must feel comfortable when calling prospective customers in order to generate new supply business. We look for an independent producer who is ready for a challenging career with substantial income opportunities.
Customer Service Representative
As a CSR for Imaging Concepts, you will be an essential member of our support team which has served the region effectively for years. By providing product support for Sales, Service, and our Customers, first and foremost, you will help educate people in the process of utilizing our equipment and solutions, answering questions and giving guidance where needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, familiarity with the marketplace, and have knowledge of business office technology. Strong verbal, written, presentation and PC skills are required. The CSR position with Imaging Concepts is an excellent transition position for someone looking for advancement with the company.
